Surfacer is the deal-discovery layer for B2B sales teams. We find the companies you should be talking to, score them against your ICP, and watch them for the change signals that mean "now is the right time to reach out." This is our first public release, the foundation everything else builds on.
The closed loop
Four stages, each one feeding the next. Discovery surfaces companies, extraction pulls out structured facts, scoring ranks them against your ICP, and your swipes teach the ranker what you actually want. Every loop sharpens the next one.
Discovery
Tell Surfacer what kind of company you sell to (industry, region, size, business model) and we go find them. The taxonomy covers 190+ industry categories with a sub-tier for granular niches (e.g. "Education > Online Learning Platforms"). Targeting is hard + soft: hard rules narrow the pool, soft rules rank what's left.
Adaptive extraction
When we crawl a company, a 35-plan learning system extracts what matters into six structured field families. Each crawl teaches the system about patterns it didn't catch, so the next domain in the same vertical extracts faster and cleaner.
Swipe feed
We can't read your mind, so we built a feed where you swipe yes or pass on companies. Every swipe trains a per-user preference model that ranks future suggestions. Click into any card for full details, signals, and contact info.
ICP scoring + lookalikes
Each company gets two scores: a hard-pass boolean (do they meet the must-haves?) and a soft score (how well do they fit?). We can also find lookalikes. Pick a company you love, see who else in our index looks like them.
Monitoring
Add up to 20 companies to your watch list. We re-crawl them on a schedule and surface the diff: new jobs posted, pricing-page changes, news mentions, leadership turnover. The "right time to reach out" is usually when something just shifted.
HubSpot + Hunter
One-way HubSpot sync pushes the companies you mark as
relevant into your CRM. Hunter.io lookup finds named
contacts at each company so you're not just emailing
info@.

- Run your first Discovery task. Pick an industry, region, and watch results stream in.
- Open the Feed and start swiping. Every yes / pass teaches the model.
- Add your favourite companies to Monitoring so we ping you when something changes.
